In 1991 it was decided that the troop needed a way to provide Scouts and their
parents an overview of troop happenings. The newsletter’s name, the Yellow Dog Speaks,
is in honor of the Ottawa Indian Chief Tondoganie (meaning “Yellow Dog”),
namesake of the town of Tontogany. Below is an archive of all the troop newsletters in Adobe Acrobat format.
